Granola Bars

Ingredients

  • 4 cups rolled oats

  • ¼ cup brown sugar

  • ¼ cup honey

  • ½ cup oil (such as avocado oil)

  • Cinnamon, to taste

  • Optional add-ins: chia seeds, flaxseeds, sliced almonds, or dark chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).

  2. In a large bowl, mix oats, brown sugar, honey, oil, and cinnamon until well combined.

  3. Fold in any optional add-ins of your choice.

  4. Press the mixture evenly into a greased or parchment-lined baking pan.

  5. Bake for exactly 11 minutes.

  6. Cut into bars while still warm. Recut once fully cooled for clean edges.
