Ingredients
4 cups rolled oats
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup honey
½ cup oil (such as avocado oil)
Cinnamon, to taste
Optional add-ins: chia seeds, flaxseeds, sliced almonds, or dark chocolate chips
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
In a large bowl, mix oats, brown sugar, honey, oil, and cinnamon until well combined.
Fold in any optional add-ins of your choice.
Press the mixture evenly into a greased or parchment-lined baking pan.
Bake for exactly 11 minutes.
Cut into bars while still warm. Recut once fully cooled for clean edges.
